For lapped waistbands. Washable and Dry Cleanable. Instructions:Position hook near edge of overlap. Sew in place. Whipstitch at middle to keep hook flat against fabric. Insert eye in hook. Position underlap under hook and eye and mark eye position. Sew eye to underlap.
