Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
Yes, but we will take only phone or fax orders for these states. We will give you a quote for UPS ground service.
When do you ship my orders?
We ship most orders same business day or next business day.
Do you ship industrial sewing machine by trucking?
Yes, we ship industrial sewing machine by trucking. Additional charges applies to residential delivery, inside delivery, liftgate delivery, etc. Call us to get a quote.
I received my items damaged what should I do?
You must contact customer service within 5 business days from the date you received the package. It is important to keep the box that was damaged.
What carrier do you ship with?
We ship by UPS only. We do not ship FedEx or USPS.
Do you ship Next Day or Second Day?
Yes, but Next Day or Second Day option is not available online. You must order by phone if you want that service.
Can you ship by my common carrier?
No, we do not ship by customers common carrier nor do we ship collect.
Can I add, cancel or make changes to my order?
Because we ship most orders same day, you must contact customer service right away. If the order has been already shipped. We can not add, cancel or make changes to the order.
Do you ship to P.O. box?
We do not ship to P.O. box address.

Yes, there is a minimum of $20.00
I have a technical question regarding a sewing machine that I bought. Can I contact you for questions?
We only answer to technical questions for machine bought from our company. Please have your order id # ready before calling or emailing a question.
Is your items always in stock?
We have most of the items in stock. If the items you ordered is out of stock. We will contact you right away.
Do you ship to Foreign Countries?
We do not ship to countries outside of United States.
