You must call our customer service at 213-622-8345 to get a return authorized number (RA #) to return any products.
Merchandise returned without a return authorized number is subjected to additional 10% restocking fee.
We will issue a full credit less shipping cost on merchandise that is unopened within 30 days of purchase.
Any opened merchandise that is returned to us is subject to 15% restocking fee.
Additional restocking fee applies to merchandise returned without original packaging, styrofoam, manuals, and/or missing accessories.
Any shipping charges are not refundable.
We do not accept returns for opened notions. Merchandise that is missing or damaged original package.
It is customers responsibility to send the merchandise prepaid with insurance to us.
We guarantee to repair or replace any item that is defective in materials and workmanship free of charge, within 30 days of purchase.
Refund Policy
We will give a refund to the same way it was paid for.
You will be refunded within 7 days after receiving the returned merchandise.
